Your current Microsoft 365 environment & licenses as a foundation
In most cases, we use the Microsoft Power Platform as the basis for the smart apps & bots. This platform integrates seamlessly with your existing Microsoft 365 applications and environment, which means that complex issues such as user rights and data management have already been taken care of, and user interfaces from existing applications such as Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint can often also be used.
In addition, the necessary licenses are therefore largely already covered in your existing Microsoft 365 E3/E5 licenses.
No need to modify existing business applications
Our smart apps & bots also integrate seamlessly with all Dynamics 365 business applications, such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
But the bots can also work with other and even legacy business applications without digital links (APIs), without having to modify them. Using "UI Automation," the bots simply operate the screens as your humans normally would.
Quickly developed and easily maintainable
The platforms we use to build our solutions are 'low-code' platforms. This ensures that development is not only faster, but also more iterative, allowing 'draft' versions to be shown and tested at an early stage.
In addition, the maintenance costs with these types of platforms are also relatively low. On the one hand because solutions are easy to modify and extend, and on the other hand because the underlying 'pro-code' functionality is maintained -and also continuously improved and extended- by Microsoft and UiPath themselves.
We guide the entire process
At the start of our cooperation we set up a sprint schedule with recurring alignment meetings, planning sessions and review & release meetings, and we guide your stakeholders from Business and IT in their role in this.
Furthermore, we ensure continuous alignment between Business and IT, with regard to which business wishes will (already) be picked up from the regular IT roadmap and which wishes will be the domain of our smart apps & bots.
No worries with IT
Finally, we ensure that IT remains fully in control with regard to governance, privacy and security. The most important thing here is that many things remain as they are, because we make use of the already set-up foundations of your Microsoft 365 environment, such as your accounts in Azure AD and rights in Sharepoint.
For additional issues, such as creating and setting up development and production environments for Power Platform, we will fully guide your IT department.
